Overview
A limpet coil is a half-pipe welded around the outside of a vessel. Steam, hot water or coolant flowing through it transfers heat efficiently and tolerates higher pressures than a plain jacket.
With an agitator drive, these vessels suit products that must be heated, cooled or held at temperature while they are mixed.
