Overview
The capping machine takes caps from the chute and applies them to filled bottles as they travel round a star-wheel, giving every bottle a consistent, leak-tight seal.
It is installed directly after the filler and fed by a cap chute hopper. Rinsing, filling and capping are often combined into one bottling block.
